I use social networks often, either to keep in touch or to study.

WHAT DO YOU USUALLY SO ON THEM?

In whatsApp I am pending to matters of study, work and church, in facebook, tik tok and instagram I watch videos, distract the mind a little.

DO YOU POST REGULARLY?

No, I do not publish

I don't post regularly, the things I post are mostly informative.
